I made an internet purchase of an antenna with antenna deals. Later the next day I changed my mind about the transaction mainly because of the negative reviews of the business, and because I prefered a different product. I emailed antennadeals to cancel, instead I recieved an email from a MIKE stating that they did not recognize my email address. Meanwhile, my credit card was showing that paypal had charged my account".
The online transaction was done on 11-15-11 and today 11-18-11 I am yet to get any acknowlegment of my order/. I Called my credt card company today and asked them to cancell the transaction?.
Everyone beware, this business has an F (FAIL) grade with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)!. Another thing, I never talked to mike but this is a quote from his email;
"sorry lady but we do not know who you are/.
We looked under your email and seen no orders'. I told you this once before'.
Do you have a receipt from PayPal after you paid us?
Also, we did not charge your credit anything, we only accept payment|. We do not charge anyone ever or even a way a to charge..."
Sounds rude doesn't it? Poor customer service is what I have to say. My advice to anyone wanting to do business with them RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN! 128ebc0
