ordered an antenna from antenna deals.com . received it , installed it and it only worked for 2 weeks ".it worked ok for two weeks but then nothing, but the rotor never worked
i even called the manufacturer amd they gave me the run around for 5 telephone calls /. they said try ths try that ?. it was a waste of time!. it was like talking to 2 valley girls
i even e-mailed them 12 times |. no answer /. they brag about there fast service but nothing ;. i'l never order anything from antennadeals:.com or from texas ever again !!!!!

Any issues i had they where quick to respond and even gave me pointers on installing it for best results. They have been around for a long time i doubt scammers would have been here so long maybye you just caught them on an off time? None the less your both wrong they have been great to me. I only wished I had found your complaint before I placed my order. It is unbelievable that such scammers are allowed to do business in America. Contacting the BBB won't do any good, as this company does not care about the standing of their company. I am going to try and contact the attorney general and the local authorities and file my complaint. They are supposedly conducting business in Smith County, Texas. Also, they want us to think they're this big company with actual 'Departments' but it's a 3-man operation with Mike Monroe at the helm. The few emails I've received regarding my refund have been very nasty. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM antennadeals.com!! |
