Ordered this antenna and installed it went from 13 channels down to 2 initally. After 2 days of redirecting etc. finally got 11 of the 13. Trying to contact their 'customer service' is a joke you can only email them and sit and wait for a response. They only asked me 1 question what kind of antenna I had before...after receiving no further emails I emailed them each time I tried something else and didn't receive 1 bit of information, instruction, apology nothing. I emailed them finally that I would just return the *** thing and they accused me of spamming them and to go 'ahead and return the *** thing' and stop complaining. However, their site gives no order information invoice numbers no packing slip came with the product so there's nothing to reference an order for a refund. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! 128eb80
