I bought a TV antenna on Sept. 2011,and didn't work at my location, I returned it the way I was instructed on Sept. 28th 2011. Today Nov. 8th I still waiting for my refund. No response from Antenna Deals. They have the worst way to conduct business. DO NOT USE THEM. So far I tried to contact them (the only way is their e-mail, no phone to talk to a customer person). They don't respond promptly the way they are saying on their sit. What kind of business is this having no possibility to talk to a person.
